I’m getting a “user is not valid” message when I try to log in
This usually happens because of how your account was originally created.
Step 1: Try the same login method you used when you first signed up
If you created your account using Google sign-in, please continue logging in using the “Sign in with Google” option.
If you created your account using a username and password, you’ll need to log in using that same method.
Tip: Accounts created with Google sign-in won’t work if you try to log in using email + password instead (and vice versa).
Step 2: Reset your password (if applicable)
If you signed up using a username and password and can’t remember it:
Click the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
Check your inbox for a password reset email (it should arrive within a few minutes).
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
When to contact support
If you’ve tried both login methods and still can’t access your account, please reach out through the Help Desk and include:
The email address you used to sign up
Whether you believe you used Google sign-in or a password
