How to Re-name Your Book Internally

Your cookbook can have two different names:

1. The internal account name (used inside your dashboard)

2. The front cover title (what prints on your book)

These are separate and can be changed independently.

What is the internal book name?

The internal name is the one you entered in the Template tab when you first started your book (for example: “Family Cookbook”).

This name:

• Helps you organize books in your account

• Does not automatically determine the front cover title

If you make a copy of a book, the new version may appear as:

• Family Cookbook – COPY

You can rename it at any time.

How to rename your book

1. Open the book in your account.

2. Click the Template tab.

3. At the top of the page, edit the book name.

4. Your changes will save automatically.

For example, you could change:

• Family Cookbook – COPY
  to

• Updated Family Cookbook 2025

Good to know

• Renaming the internal book title does not change your cover design.

• You can return to the Template tab anytime to update it.

• Nothing is final until you place your order.

If you’re trying to change the name on your printed cover, you’ll need to edit the text on your cover page instead.
