How to add/remove various text fields on your page

Recipe pages include several optional text fields that you can turn on or off as needed.

Available text fields

On a recipe page, you may see fields for:

• Byline (for example: “Submitted by: Grandma”)

• Yield (for example: “Makes 12 cookies”)

• Ingredients

• Directions

• Notes

Some layouts may display all of these by default, while others may not.

How to remove or add a field

1. Open the recipe page you’d like to edit.

2. Look in the bottom right corner of the page.

3. Click the buttons for the fields you’d like to show or hide.

You can turn fields off or back on at any time while building your book.

Good to know

• Hiding a field does not delete your text — you can turn it back on if needed.

• You can preview your book anytime to see how the page will look when printed.

• Different layouts may display fields slightly differently.

If you’re not seeing the field controls, try enlarging your browser window or zooming out slightly.
