How to create a new section/chapter and name it

To add a new section/chapter to your book:

-> Go to your 'Content' tab
    -> On the left-hand side, click the '+Add New' button
        -> Select 'Add Section' from the drop down menu
            -> Name your new section on the section title page
                -> Click the 'Save' button on the right-hand side
