There isn’t an automatic feature to alphabetize your pages, but you can easily rearrange them manually in just a few steps.
How to reorder your pages
Go to the Organize tab in your book.
Click on the section or chapter you’d like to adjust.
You’ll see all the pages in that section.
Click on a page and drag and drop it into the position you’d like.
You can repeat this process until your pages are in alphabetical order.
Why does my page say “New Page”?
If a page appears as “New Page” in the Organize tab, it means it still has the default name assigned when it was created.
To rename it:
If the page has a title field, update the title at the top of the page.
Or, update the name in the “Page name” field on the right-hand side.
Renaming your pages can make organizing much easier.
Good to know
You can rearrange pages at any time before placing your order.
In the Organize tab, you can also drag and drop the sections into a different order.
Changes in the Organize tab update your Table of Contents automatically.
