I started my book on your old website. Can I still access it on the new site?
Yes. All customer accounts and books from our previous website were migrated to the current system at the end of 2023.
Log in to your account
Use your original email address and password to log in.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page to reset it.
If you no longer have access to your old email
Contact us and we can update the email address on your account so you can log in again.
Important: review your book before ordering
After logging in, you may notice small formatting differences. This can happen when book files are transferred between systems.
Always review your entire book carefully before placing an order to confirm everything still appears correctly.
For example, if you'd like your book to have an index, make sure that option is selected under "Index" within the Content tab of your dashboard. Also, please review the index carefully to make sure all the pages you'd like to have listed are there. Here's how:
Step-by-step: Remove a page from the index
Log in to your account and open your book.
Go to the CONTENT tab (this is the editing screen).
On the left-hand side, select the section or chapter where the page appears.
Scroll down to find the page.
Click the three vertical dots to the right of the page name.
Select Remove from Index from the menu.
The page will no longer appear in your index.
Step-by-step: Restore a page to the index
In the CONTENT tab, locate the same page again.
Click the three vertical dots next to the page name.
Click Remove from Index again so the teal checkmark disappears.
Once the checkmark is removed, the page will be added back to the index.
